In this video we review the Ecobee3 Lite smart thermostat. The Ecobee 3 Lite smart thermostat is a wifi smart thermostat that is also compatible that allows you to remotely control your heating and cooling from your phone.

The Ecobee3 Lite is also compatible with smart voice assistants like Alexa, Google Home, Homekit and Siri. Which allow you to control your heating and cooling with your voice.

The Ecobee3 Lite smart thermostat also does require either a common wire or power extender kit for installation to power the thermostat and keep it connected to wifi. The power extender kit is included with the thermostat and will be required to be installed if you don’t have a common wire available on your existing heating and cooling system.
